GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA offers the possibility of purchasing tickets for bullfighting events at an international level, specifically specializing in Spain, through its commercial website www.taquillatorosmaestranza.com.

The website domain and ticket sales are managed and subject to the following entity:

TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM (A company under JGAM INTERNATIONAL EVENTS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA.)

3. PAYMENTS

A 100% non-refundable deposit of the total ticket cost must be paid at the time of purchase acceptance. The price paid is the one displayed on the website at the date and time of the reservation, accepted by the customer upon submitting the online form via email. If entradasrealbetis fails to meet the agreed deadline or conditions of the transaction, a full refund (100%) of the amount paid will be issued.

The prices displayed on TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM are generally higher than the face value of the tickets. By making a purchase, the customer fully agrees and explicitly accepts this price difference due to the high difficulty in obtaining these tickets for highly anticipated bullfighting events in Spain. Additionally, the price includes delivery and shipping costs to the agreed address.

This website clearly informs its customers that the final ticket price may be significantly higher than the face value of the ticket, which the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts during the purchase process.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THESE TERMS

The website owner, TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM, reserves the right to unilaterally modify the website structure and pricing at any time without prior notice. Additionally, the General Terms and Conditions of contracting and use may be modified, with these changes affecting future transactions only. Past contracts will remain unaffected.

• All sales are final. Once a ticket purchase is completed through our platform, it cannot be canceled. All ticket packages are subject to availability.
• If multiple tickets are purchased for the same event, we do not guarantee consecutive seats, although we will make every effort to ensure seats together.
• Any information outside these General Terms and Conditions is not valid.

If, due to the nature of our business and event demand, the purchased tickets cannot be acquired—even if the customer has received an order confirmation—the only obligation of TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM will be to refund 100% of the amount paid. Customers waive any claim for additional compensation.

If tickets are unavailable, an alternative option with different ticket categories may be offered, with the price difference refunded if the new tickets are cheaper.

Regarding Event Schedules, Date Changes, and Refunds

• Bullfighting events or other spectacles may have their time or date changed by external organizers. This is not a valid reason for a refund, as the change is beyond our control.
• If an event is canceled permanently due to force majeure, weather conditions, or strikes, a full refund will be issued. However, if an event is postponed to a later date, no refund will be provided.
• Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded, except as specified by applicable legislation.

• No refunds are possible for purchased tickets.
• Inability to attend or mistaken ticket purchases are not valid reasons for a refund.
• Customers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as per the applicable regulations on consumer rights and retail commerce.

• If an event is canceled, customers have 15 business days to request a refund. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
• Refunds will be automatically processed to the credit/debit card used for the purchase, within 3 to 15 days.

B) SHIPPING AND RESPONSIBILITY

For agreements involving third parties, the website acts only as an agent and assumes no responsibility for the execution of these services.

• The website is not responsible for delivery issues caused by third-party shipping services.
• Once tickets are handed over to the courier company, TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM is no longer responsible for them.
• In the event of ticket loss or theft after shipping, TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM will assist the customer in resolving the issue.

If a customer requests delivery to an address other than their residence, TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM will deliver the tickets to the specified recipient, assuming no responsibility after delivery.

If a customer requests ticket delivery to a hotel reception, TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM considers this a secure location and authorizes the courier to hand over the envelope (containing the tickets) to the hotel reception. A signature or hotel stamp will be requested as proof of delivery.

• If a customer changes hotels without notifying TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM, resulting in an undelivered package, no refund will be issued.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

• Payments are processed online via credit or debit card.
• Processing may take a few minutes due to security checks.
• Transactions are handled by IBERCAJA’s virtual POS, ensuring we never have access to your card details.

• Customers can also pay via bank transfer if their credit card does not meet security requirements.
• Tickets are not reserved until TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM receives the transferred amount (typically within 48 hours).
• If tickets sell out before payment is received, the full amount will be refunded.

6. WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION

According to Article 3 of Directive 97/7/EC, this type of contract is exempt from the right of withdrawal.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM reserves all intellectual property rights and any other rights related to the service and content published.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

TAQUILLATOROSMAESTRANZA.COM may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time as deemed necessary.

9. LEGAL VALIDITY OF THESE TERMS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be incorrect or inapplicable, this does not affect the validity of the rest of the document.

10. DISPUTES AND LEGAL CLAIMS
